Pros

There are no pros at all this place is terrible. The good reviews you see aren't by the people on the phones it someone straight from management. They try and cover up the bs they have going on get the hell out of here.

Cons

Everyone in management is terrible! The direct managers for each department are straight snakes and lie to your face about the littlest things. Some of managers don't even know basic computer skills all hired from Discover Card so if your not from discover or kissing butt you get no where there. They need fire everyone in management and restart or actually hire people who know what they are doing. Direct managers of departments use their company cards for personal use or leave the office hours and lie about what they were doing.
