Pros
Good people to work with, Decent benefits, Fun environment
Cons
They are cramming in desks in every possible corner making it uncomfortable. We used to have small places to escape to to work and now people are even using the phone rooms as conference rooms. The last 4 hires on the team have been white dudes from Orem, Utah and all BYU grads. Internal hiring is a disaster and promotions from within just don't happen for women. We bring these things to HR's attention and we get dismissed and ignored. Changes to our jobs are not discussed with us, they are just made and we are later informed when it comes time to fix the changes fall out. A good majority of us are looking for other employment as there is no chance of many of us getting promoted, moving up, or just overall enjoying this place of employment any longer.
