Pros

Enthusiastic recruiters.... at least until you are eliminated for a position.

Cons

Poor follow up, no real knowledge of what the position requires. When the contract ended they were only interested in getting "company assets" returned. Overall the experience was a huge disappointment. Considering that many jobs are listed by multiple recruiters I will actively avoid working with PTSOL.

Pros

PTSOL has friendly and supportive staff members. They pay competitive salaries. They pay on time, and consistently. Never late. Recruiters and account managers are available to assist consultants if needed. Account manager came to visit client site to see if consultants or client had concerns. Diverse group of consultants.

Cons

Health insurance not yet available to consultants outside California. Hopefully soon!
