      One man show No Life Balance Working over weekends U.S timings No Egyptian holidays even feasts and no compensation. Obligatory over time Micro Management No appreciation Shouting No understanding to humanity and to life because Owners are work holic and no private or social life. Cant get your vacations easily. Discriminations Bad way of treating people. Always blaming and seeing negatives. Trust Issues. Micro Management. Very high turnover rates

      - very good experience for fresh graduates - very good exposure to the US industry - competitive salary compared to egyptain companies - good work enviornment

      Cons

      - working hours are different (2 to 11) - No egyptain holidays, only US hoildays - if you are good you will take more work

      -Work experience is good and will boost your career -Some good colleagues that will make the day better

      Cons

      -Bad working time -Micromanaging hell -The CEO is very aggressive and very rude -Company does not consider you an asset unless you are a senior -terrible insurance (medical and social) -No sick leave -No Holidays at all. Only american holdiays
