Pros

Future potential class action lawsuits involving unpaid miss-classified “salary” employees might help past and current damage investigators get paid the overtime they should of been paid. -There used to be a lot until about year ago, Then things changed, no one really knows why, is it all the lawsuits in which PRG is a defendant in? Is it management? Who really knows, but when the CEO steps away or down, from a business he started should be a telling sign in its self.

Cons

Management- well their titles say manager but they are some of the worst managers I have ever had. uneducated, unprofessional, untrustworthy, love to micromanage, and bullies in my opinion.

Pros

Great company culture when it comes to management being hands-off and trusting employees to be adults and mature about decisions on a daily basis. Hybrid work is a great plus because it shows trust and there is no micromanagement.

Cons

Hard to move up and make more money. Leadership doesn't seem to be paying attention to who is ambitious and doing an excellent job daily.
