Thanks for the feedback. While some roles do require flexibility, expectations around work schedules and work load should be communicated by your supervisor or manager. Regarding overtime, roles are classified based on legal standards, and if a position is exempt, overtime pay doesn’t apply. That said, no one should feel overworked without support or clarity, and we encourage anyone with concerns to raise them directly with leadership or HR. We appreciate you being candid.

Pros

Great company culture when it comes to management being hands-off and trusting employees to be adults and mature about decisions on a daily basis. Hybrid work is a great plus because it shows trust and there is no micromanagement.

Cons

Hard to move up and make more money. Leadership doesn't seem to be paying attention to who is ambitious and doing an excellent job daily.
