Unethical, Corrupt, and Ill Managed - Anonymous employee Prolec Energy Employee Review

Blatant divide between hourly and salaried employees. The most unethical and corrupt HR team I have ever seen. Constant blame games on who else's fault it is when the product inevitably has issues due to poor material and product management. They overcommit to customers so they can never meet their goals. I know for a fact they are sending units out the door with technical issues they KNOW ABOUT. Somehow the most uneducated and lazy individuals are promoted to upper management and the dedicated workers are slaved underneath. The parent company is based in Mexico and neglect to make any input on important matters until its a huge fire to put out. The company also fails to pay vendors on time due to a horrible A/P team and are put on credit hold a laughable amount of times.
