Pros

I have loved building a little family here at Prometheus and being presented with endless opportunities to grow professionally. After just 3 months in an entry level position, I was given the chance to interview and eventually accept the role as the Admin for two neighborhoods which have pushed me professionally, developmentally and sometimes emotionally. I do have a wonderful team filled with very diverse backgrounds and experiences that attribute to decades of knowledge and increasingly important guidance as we navigate our field of work through ever-changing housing laws and other legislation. The benefits here are amazing considering the PTO, covered insurance for medical, dental and vision, etc. The semi-annual bonuses and visa gift card at the end of the year don't hurt either!

Cons

With any good comes a little bad but Prometheus is objectively not a bad company to work for! I do appreciate the 401k package that they have put together, and I love how simple the linked app is to use and manipulate for your needs. However, in these times of inflation and increased housing costs, I would appreciate the ability to lower my contribution level and still receive a 1:1 match as opposed to the current 1:0.5 match that they use. All in all, I would give Prometheus 5 stars for the benefits and amount of available opportunities for growth. In my role specifically, I would also appreciate the ability to work from home more often without feeling like I need a reason or excuse. They are always willing to let me WFH if my dog is sick or something similar but, having a more-regularly scheduled WFH time could really do wonders for both the mental well-being of many team members but also the running costs of Prometheus as a whole.

Pros

I have been with Prometheus for five years, and I can honestly say it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From day one, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most genuine, supportive, and knowledgeable professionals in the industry. The collaborative culture and strong team dynamic make it a place where people truly enjoy working together. One of the things I value most about Prometheus is its commitment to diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being. The benefits are exceptional, and the company consistently invests in its people. Processes and procedures are clear, well-organized, and easy to navigate, with resources readily available whenever guidance is needed. Another standout aspect of the organization is its leadership. Senior leaders are approachable, accessible, and genuinely care about employee feedback. Whenever I’ve reached out with questions or concerns, I’ve received thoughtful, helpful support. Prometheus also offers outstanding opportunities for growth and development. Whether you're looking to advance your career, explore new roles, or experience a change of environment, there are countless opportunities. Most importantly, Prometheus has always made me feel valued, supported, and invested in. It’s a company that truly cares about its employees and makes them feel like an important part of its future.

Cons

None to note, my overall experience with Prometheus has been positive.

Pros

Prometheus has a really helpful structure in place for just about everything you do. If you ever forget how to complete a task or just need a quick refresher, there are step by step POP guides you can easily reference, which makes things much more manageable day to day. They are also very focused on giving back to the neighborhood, with volunteer opportunities happening throughout the year. It creates a strong sense of purpose beyond just the day to day work. Another thing that stands out is staffing. Teams are typically well supported, which helps prevent burnout and allows everyone to stay balanced and set up for success.

Cons

So far, loving it over here!
