Pros
They have a good training program and pay for your license. They do events sometimes for employees to keep up morale.
Cons
Had to drive all over the district and cover for stores that had only 1 employee who needed a day off, so I would be there for 12 hours with no break. They paid so low that some full time employees with kids were eligible for food stamps and govt benefits.
