Pros

Inside an office, AC, relaxed environment where people don’t care if you have a drink or food by your desk. They’ll hire anyone with a pulse and pay for your P&C licensing, although if you want in on the industry it’s probably better to do it out of pocket and on your own time to avoid the headache that is dealing with this company.

Cons

Every bad review you’ve probably already read about this company is spot on. Everything from the atrocious compensation, (perhaps the lowest in the entire industry) all the way to the management. This is no longer a small company driven to treat their employees like human beings, they’ve grown enough to treat the bread and butter of the company (sales agents) to treat us like we are replaceable immediately after any little mistake. No formal write up, private conversation, taking it up to chain of command, zero professionalism. You’ll be fired on the spot if the DM is having a bad day. I was barely on my first week and the onboarding process was incredibly vague. Never received a training schedule, as well as there was only one other person whom I was supposed to shadow and she was too busy working to train me. Not her fault at all, but DM just acted upset at me, a person on my third day at the job, because we were supposed to take the same lunch when no one ever told me a thing meaning the store was basically inoperable if my trainer was out to lunch. In order to get an answer I had to email 3 different people in HR, onboarding, recruiters, you name it. That alone speaks volumes about a company and the lack of structure and communication all around. There’s only ever 1-2 agents per store anywhere you go, and you’re still expected to go out of the site to distribute marketing materials, but there’s no direct commission structure or any way for a sale to come back to you unless the people come to YOUR store. My trainer would literally cut the administrative fee in half to entice people to sign up with her instead of having the customer run off to another location. Maybe I could have gone back and fought for my job back but at that point, why would I care to?

Pros

The job was good, I liked the easy work and communication with my boss as well

Cons

My health wasn't the best, I couldn't sit down for the full time it was requiring me to and my health was taking a toll because of it.
