Company really lacks some of the basic tools you would expect in 2018. HR processes for employee changes are a mess. No on boarding process for new employees (with very high turnover for hourlies) and no real HR support at all. Everything is still done by paper which causes management level employees to spend much more time than necessary on what should be simple things. Very inconsistent policies from location to location. Just overall not a very organized company.
Also- labor market extremely tight in the area I worked made recruiting a difficult task further exasperated by corporate pressure to reduce overtime.
Zero work life balance. On call 24/7 unless you're on PTO. Be prepared to cover hourly employees every day.
