Pros
the company only offer limited benefit and uniforms otherwise you have to pay for health insurance and constantly check with management to see that bill are paid to purchase materials or gas. However I had to do and show management that i can get the job done; and finish all jobs to the various Manager sites.
Cons
Due to fact that the company manages garages both indoor with open roof and also outside parking lot you have to work in extreme weather conditions.the only good part is the overtime pay due to work schedule and travel time. due to my wide range of skills and knowledge I got a little raise.
