Pros
Paid bi-weekly, 'benefits' (most of which were taken away after signing on), and a 'set schedule' that is subject to change at the whim of management's perceived requirements for the next week. Seriously, I was literally hiring people my 2nd week of work. There is no training, simply directions and watching if you fail or not. There is no processes or procedures, just an incompetent manager who wants to micromanage in-consequential business while being ignorant to actual issues that could lead to lawsuits against the company.
Cons
Toxic work culture from top to bottom. You are disposable and they will talk behind your back and throw you under the bus for any perceived slight. But feel free to show graphic images to other employees, use racist language, and constantly harass other employees because apparently that doesn't constitute firing, but attempting to correct that behavior does. Management will never support supervisors, preferring to fire and replace than manage. Constantly without required items, uniforms, or technology. Protects harassing employees and forces out those who want to protect the company from liabilities. Run away from the dumpster fire that is this company.
