Exceptional leadership- I’ve yet to encounter a company where senior leadership is as invested in their employees as the leadership at Propeller is with their staff. Due to rapid growth getting to know new coworkers is often a challenge. New hires are brought onboard and quickly whisked away to client engagements leaving little time to connect with new recruits during traditional work hours.
