6yThank you for this positive review! We're so glad you enjoy being here, and we appreciate the impact you make on employees across the whole company with your hard work and positive attitude. To address your comment concerning sick days, technically you are correct - our PTO is not split into "sick days" and "vacation days." However, employees earn an ample number of PTO hours over the year (three weeks' worth in their first year, with that number increasing as they stay longer with the company), which are accrued monthly and can be used for anything they want or need! Additionally, many positions are able to flex their time here and there, allowing them to do their jobs well, attend required personal appointments and still save lots of PTO for the truly fun and meaningful stuff in life. And what's more, as of the start of 2020, we've added the benefit of Volunteer Time Off (VTO) - paid time off allotted specifically for employees to spend some of their hours throughout the year volunteering for the community causes they believe in! It's all part of our sincere belief in Living Balanced.
