Pros
ProService has built a wonderful culture and has a passion for service. Whether it be caring for its internal employees or our clients. The Culture is incredible, they foster career growth, and support the "right fit" for the employee and the role. Its also very rewarding working with some many people all dedicated to their clients and getting their job done well. Also really good communication and alignment on our goals and KPIs as we discuss progress weekly.
Cons
Sometimes I do think the executive team focuses on a Work harder vs. Work smarter mentality but we continue to grow, learn and reevaluate as needed which is crucial.
