Collaborative, inclusive, uncomfortable (yes, that's a good thing), focused, energizing. Culture Walkers! I've been with ProService Hawaii for 5+ years. At the beginning I wasn't sure if I was the right fit here. Within 6 months I knew it was not just where I wanted to be, but where I needed to be. ProService has pushed me to grow professionally and personally. Allowing me to recognize the growth value in being uncomfortable. With that I've taken on more than I thought existed, learn more than I thought I could (I guess I didn't really know everything), grow in ways I would have never imaged. It's not a walk in the park by any means. We're here to take action, not talk about it.
