There are many hard-working and intelligent workers here. There is also an effort to make the work experience more enjoyable.
Cons
The leaders are very strange and demanding. They not only have terrible people skills, they don't seem to really understand HR. They don't treat people well at all, and they throw events together to try to seem cohesive, but they are awkward and fake.
