Pros

I had nice colleagues. But that's about it.

Cons

In terms of the bad things, there are certainly a lot in here. The management is too biased and favor certain employees just because they're friends. The toxic environment results in the high turn over rate of this place. And the compensation offered to the employees is far from competent.

Pros

I can only speak about the account I worked for, but everyone was always helpful and professional. Pay was steadily increased, and time off was easy to get.

Cons

Upward mobility was limited, and onboarding process was unnecessarily long. I was tested on my ability to use a 10-key keypad, lol.
