Pros

Good, cool vibe in the office and you got to keep on your toes as things change on a job-to-job basis. Loved the fast-paced environment.

Cons

The CEO had a scary face that terrified many. He was the embodiment of the company's darker side. He was bullying everyone not knowing that sometimes if a person falls so hard, he may never be able to stand up again. He was fostering office trauma especially on the new hires. It was like high school all over again in this company with lots of bullying and office drama.

Pros

I can only speak about the account I worked for, but everyone was always helpful and professional. Pay was steadily increased, and time off was easy to get.

Cons

Upward mobility was limited, and onboarding process was unnecessarily long. I was tested on my ability to use a 10-key keypad, lol.
