Pros

There were no cons that I could highlight. Everything was terrible. I don't know how I survived here for so long!

Cons

THE MANAGEMENT WAS TERRIBLE. THEIR LEADERSHIP STYLE WAS AWFUL. They were never there when I needed them. It was horrible. WHEN IT CAME TO HANDLING UNREASONABLE CLIENTS WITH AN ARROGANT ATTITUDE, THE TOP MANAGEMENT SUPPORTED THE CLIENTS ONLY. It was ridiculous as employees had no one to support them!

Pros

I can only speak about the account I worked for, but everyone was always helpful and professional. Pay was steadily increased, and time off was easy to get.

Cons

Upward mobility was limited, and onboarding process was unnecessarily long. I was tested on my ability to use a 10-key keypad, lol.
