Pros

Protiviti is a great place to start your career straight out of college with decent pay and benefits for a recent graduate, but as time goes on the pay and benefits don't seem to keep up with demand and knowledge level. The bonuses are adequate once you reach the level were you are eligible. The work life balance is a great aspect of working for Protiviti and the opportunities are definitely there for travel and working with big name companies.

Cons

There have been a couple of cuts in our office related to personnel who were underperforming at their work but being closely tied to the Energy industry our office hasn’t experienced some of the downturn that other offices have across the country. There are definitely politics at play in our office as I would expect there are at every office for almost every company and it pays to have the people at the top know you and like you but that isn’t any different from what I have seen at other companies

Pros

Great work life balance (depending on client, however I always had a good experience). Good company match, typical time off.

Cons

Could get stuck on a busy client for extended period.

Pros

Good WLB Great Bosses Health insurance & benefits are awesome Very flexible workforce Easy to climb up in promotions

Cons

Pay is below standard (Although I feel you still get paid decently for the area) If you're put on a production project, be ready to feel stuck. Management is very lost on where they want to head into the future. I am worried this company won't last much longer (Former arthur anderson) Can feel clique-y at times amongst peers (but this is not a problem of the company specifically)
