Thank you for taking some time to provide feedback on your Protiviti experience. We are so glad to hear that you are getting a variety of experiences and enjoying the people you are working with. Inregards to career growth and promotions, I would encourage you to talk directly to your career advisor. They can provide you with a career continuum and talk through which skills and behaviors are needed to achieve that next career level. You can also access this continuum directly on iShare. If you still feel you are not getting the answers you need, I'd encourage you to reach out to your HR lead directly. Thank you again for your review

Pros

Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

Cons

Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
