The people (only a number of them) and the opportunity to travel (depending on which client you are scheduled).
Cons
As SOX works decline, the opportunity in this company is going down the drain. Protiviti is trying to reinvent itself as a true consulting firm. Well, you can say the same about Anderson after Enron. You're screwed if u stay with this company. Management are more than incompetent. What's worse is that they would lie to you. "We are not planning to lay off anyone AT THIS MOMENT". Key words everyone.
