Pros
The people are the draw. Both the new and old people tend to be of high quality. The level of care I see on both a personal and professional level by people at my level and above (sometimes) is great. Many of us here have close relationships. Large enough to play on the field but small enough to have tight internal relationships.
Cons
Same thing at most consulting firms... Too many hours sometimes, to much corporate BS.. Some of our people, as in all professional firms, are people that you have to watch everything you say around. Not everyone is like this but there are some interesting cases. Also, the amount of overhead admin items that have been added over the past few years continues to border on the completely ridiculous.
