      Great people. Flexible scheduling. I felt like my opinions were valued right from the start. Learned a ton.

      A lot of down time. It seemed like they had too many employees for the amount of work available.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
