      Pros

      The people! Many of the relationships I've formed are much stronger than any I've experienced in my former jobs. Its not cut throat and you are encouraged to step up and take responsibility for your career progression.

      Cons

      Decisions during these economic times are not communicated timely and layoffs come as a surprise to some of the fellow employees without much more reason than "we have to reduce the bottom line."

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
