      I met some close friends while I was with the firm and certainly had some good memories from that time.. all outside of work of course.

      Cons

      Petty managers with napolean complexes. Leadership needs constant reinforcement of how swell of a job they're doing.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
