      - It's audit, audit work sucks, is boring, and is useless no matter how someone tries to spin it - You aren't a consultant, you are an auditor who happens to perform outsourced work for banks and other companies in need of it

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
