      Very talented and hard working consultants. Good work life balance, people know how to have fun outside of the office.

      Cons

      Management can be incompetent and not open to discussing new ideas. Company is on a downward spiral and losing business quickly.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
