      Great peers to work with. Co-workers with similiar backgrounds, thus easy to get along with. Alot of global jobs to travel internationally.

      Cons

      management sucked, we had numerous pay cuts after pay cut and did not see the vision of where the company was headed.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
