      Pays well. Lots of talented people within the company.

      Cons

      Very little internal organization and very big on micromanaging. Feels more of a contracting position vs being hired for a single company.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
