      Protiviti's catch phrase is you stay for "the people".

      Cons

      Progress very dependent on management favoritism. If a manager doesn't like you and has a loud voice, you will not move forward. Also, you cannot really drive your career and are staffed based on requirements or client requests.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
