Pros
Somewhat local work opportunities. Good work life balance. Internal business processes and structure appear to be organized which helps you focus on projects. Opportunities exists for promotion and new skill development but need to be agressive to earn/take advantage of the opportunities.
Cons
detached partners on some engagements, some assignements very repative. time based and sales based promotion which can be difficult if you are new or in an office with many higher level managers who want their share first
