Pros

Amazing support from my leadership and the best teammates I could ask for. Love working with the people. The work is great, and I've found ways to manage my work/life balance here in a way that makes me really happy in and outside work. I've also been given opportunities to take on leadership roles at every level, and feel I'm outgrowing others in the industry at my age/level.

Cons

You do have to take responsibility for driving your career and finding the opportunities you want to take on. If you say yes to everything you could spend a lot of time wandering. If you do this well then it's incredibly rewarding and the work gets really interesting very quickly.

Pros

Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

Cons

Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
