Pros
There are plenty of young people and will most likely build a good relationship with them as you work with them on projects. At the staff level everyone is friendly and willing to help each other out.
Cons
Staffing decisions are made on a whim by management and there is blatant favoritism. Many people were let go without getting a fair chance to prove themselves.
