      Pros

      You get a paycheck but that's about it.

      Cons

      Upper management was horrible. There was very little support and upper management blamed the agents for everything that was going wrong even though it was not our fault. Also most of the people that were promoted were white males and some females who were obsequious but overall were not very good at their jobs. I would never recommend working with the company.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
