+client exposure
+breadth of industries
+good reputation in the world of internal audit
+decent work-life balance, other than all the travel/driving
Cons
-very political
-lots of branding goes on in the office
-it's sox, doing tickmarks just like a Big 4 Auditor would do. It's not the consulting the recruiter sells to college kids, just to meet their quota for recruits.
-Boring, boring, boring job.

Thank you for providing your comments. Let me encourage you to meet with your resource manager or career advisor right away so that you can discuss ways to address the issues you are noting around interesting work experiences.
Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.
Cons
Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
