However, once the project was well-established and my dependency reduced, I noticed a significant change in the treatment from management. It became apparent that there was a concerted effort by HR, Partners, Directors, and Project Managers to encourage me to seek employment elsewhere. My contributions and hard work were disregarded in favor of protecting bonuses. Underhanded tactics were employed, such as withholding release during the notice period when I had another job offer, causing me to lose that opportunity. Conversely, if I had no offer, I was asked to leave immediately without serving the notice period to save on bonuses before the performance pay period.
