Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you’ve appreciated the flexibility of hybrid work and the collaborative environment—we consider both to be important parts of our culture. We also recognize your concerns about management and project alignment with individual career goals. Ensuring that our team members are supported and able to grow in roles that match their strengths is a priority for us, and feedback like yours helps guide our ongoing efforts to improve in these areas.

Pros

Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

Cons

Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
