Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad you found the environment and people to be positive. We're sorry to hear about your concerns regarding compensation, stability, and the contractor experience. We recognize the importance of fair treatment and transparency, and we appreciate your honest feedback. It helps us identify areas where we need to improve and create a better experience for all team members.
Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.
Cons
Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions.
I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
