Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience. We’re pleased to hear your positive experience with us so far, especially relating to feeling empowered, having good access to our leadership, and having work-life balance and flexible work options. These are all part of our people promises. We also acknowledge your concerns regarding consistent experience across teams and leadership dynamics. These are important areas to foster an inclusive and supportive work environment, and we’re continuously looking for ways to listen to our people and set actions to address feedback so that every employee feels valued and empowered. We also try our best to understand employee's skills and aspirational goals, and we would encourage you to share your project preference with you advisor directly and our Talent Management team, so they can identify opportunities that better align with your personal development. Ongoing dialogue is important to us as we continue working to enhance our overall employee experience and would like to remind you about our recently launched global employee experience app, where you can also share confidential feedback about your project work experience with leadership team. Thank you again for your valuable input.

Pros

Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

Cons

Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
