      Pros

      Decent pay to start but no raises for a year.

      Cons

      Management doesn't want any conflict. They ignore bad situations and hope the heal themselves. No sick time, you have to use your vacation time for any time off and that only builds at 4 hours a month.

      Pros

      I wasn't there long due to lingering medical issues. But when I was there I loved it and now miss it everyday. Very chill, good work, 8-9 hours home in the evening.

      Cons

      Certain managers could use some getting used to or just avoiding but nothing outlandish
