They invest a lot more $$ than your average start up at this phase of the company and it is paying off. They promote work life balance but also have a get things done mentality There's a lot of autonomy and everyone is trusted to do their work, there's no babysitting. Remote

As a startup, process and structure changes pretty rapidly. This isn't necessarily a con but if your someone used to established processes like you might find at a larger organization this could potentially be a con for you.
