Pros
Solid team members, direct leadership is solid, a massive amount of flexibility - not quite "make your own hours" but if you make your 40 hours per week, you're fine.
Also working at this level allows you more control over your processes at the machines, and generally we're working on something new every few days as we complete work orders.
Cons
Raises could be regular/account for rate of inflation. We're told regular raises aren't budgeted, Health insurance is through Take Command marketplace to reduce the company's overhead, so there's very little support from HR if any issues with your policy arise.
