I can honestly say there is nothing positive to say

The company has undergone several acquisitions and constant change to the point expectations and processes change almost daily. I showed my commitment and loyalty and worked countless hours to support the constant change, leadership and policies and took on every hurdle they threw my direction only to directly be slapped in the face with a layoff. Upper management is poor at listening to their employees and providing the tools and resources to be successful. I often times had to sink or swim and between my countless hours and commitment, they just used me and abused me. I would stay clear and wish I'd have left many moons ago... unfortunately I kept holding on and hoping things would improve after the number of years I spent there. Sad situation as they're going to drive a very successful product right into the ground and the leaders in place make irrational decisions at the cost of hurting their clients - the customers who make their business successful and they seem to forget that. The best part about my position was my peers, they suffered with me and were some of the best people/friends I've ever met. I will miss them but I'll pray they move on as well before the ship completely sinks.
