Pros

One of the major strengths of Provectus is its inclusive and collaborative work culture. I felt valued as an employee, and my colleagues were always willing to help.

Cons

However, there were times when the workload was heavy, and the deadlines were tight. Better workload management could improve work-life balance.

Delivery is not mature enough to perform well on outcome based work. Company needs sr. SA's who are consultative and can help close pre-sales
