Pros
New Supervisor is a tremendous improvement from the last one. The Manager is also very supportive, and tries to help out where she can, she is a bit more limited with this, due to her higher-ups.
Cons
Pay could be better, especially considering how much Providence makes on the whole. It’s luck of the draw with how supportive your AD and coaches are depending on your high school, but that’s the same anywhere.
