Pros
Cross-training opportunities, educational, with good pay and benefits. I learned a lot and had a lot of freedom to develop professionally throughout different departments in the hospital. I am grateful for my opportunity to work here, I had a good experience overall.
Cons
Leadership here is similar to most other non-profit leadership in that they lack follow-through on the actual mission, they focus on numbers and money which is paradoxically a losing strategy because there is high turn-over as a result, employees and patients start to feel like numbers.
