Pay. Respectful work environment. Mission driven. Good work life balance.
Cons
The homogenous and “nice” culture can be stifling. You are forced to take holidays and you have to use your PTO for these holidays. Not bad when you’ve been there for 10 years but employees five years and newer can only take a few vacation days a year. And those get wiped out if you ever get sick.
